My journey to becoming a Realtor® is a combination of both professional and personal experiences. Entering the world of real estate sales and marketing was a natural transition for me. On the professional side, 17 years of work in the corporate world starting as a Customer Service Supervisor moving through to the Director of Operations for Fortune 500 companies developed my ability to identify client needs, employ sound strategic thinking skills, manage projects from the start to the finish, apply strong negotiation skills, and to achieve profitable outcomes.
On the personal side, I understand that real estate is about people and their lives: upsizing, downsizing and right sizing – the natural life cycle changes people experience in a lifetime.
The process in buying and selling a house involves the blend of professional skills and the personal side of business. Sales is a personal business, and real estate sales is one of the most personal because of the enormous proportion of net worth involved in the purchase or sale of one’s home.
